About Me
Hi, I’m Jason Jensen, and I’m an instructional designer and eLearning developer based in Baltimore, MD.
In my previous career working in California public schools for 18 years...
I learned how to break complex and often difficult subject matter down into bite-sized chunks for learners to digest.
Through my experiences, I have gained an appreciation for the significance of quality instruction and interactive learning experiences.
I've leveraged data to drive change in our instructional materials, keeping learner needs & perspectives as key to effective course design and finding solutions to problems.
In recent years, I’ve been able to continue leadership roles and designing workshops for adult learners, as well as partnering with SMEs for new online courses which has given me the opportunity to work remotely and independently, and learn new software and processes, while practicing quality customer interaction. Throughout my career, I have developed a love of teaching, technology, and design that I am able to utilize in eLearning development.
